A Special Welcome To The New Copperfield Resident

If you are new to the Copperfield Community, the officers and directors of the Association welcome you and express their desire that you and your family will find the neighborhood to be an enjoyable place in which to live. The Association continues to work to enhance the beauty, safety, and well being of the community. The funds generated from the assessments levied by the Association are used to carry out this work plus the maintenance of the organization. This web site is one of the avenues in which information is provided to the members. It is continually being improved, so keep in touch for new features and information.

Association Membership & Assessments

Property owners in Copperfield Sections 1, 2, 4, 6, 10A, 10B, 10C, 10D and 10E are members of the Copperfield Homeowners’ Association and are required to pay an annual assessment of $150.00 due and payable on June 1 of each year.  Assessments are considered delinquent after June 30 of each year. The amount of the annual assessment is determined by the board of directors. These funds are used to maintain the common grounds and properties and operate the Association.

A Restricted Community

Copperfield is a community with restrictions and covenants that set standards for the use of any property within the bounds of the sections listed above. Each section has different restrictions, so one should check the covenants and conditions before altering improvements or lots. You will find more detailed information about these by clicking on the selection titled CCRs under the Legal Documents button.
