Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions

These Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) are provided as a convenience by the Board of Directors of the Copperfield Homeowners' Association and are believed to be accurate. However, if there is any discrepancy between the material presented here and the official copy on file with the Brazos County Courthouse, the official copy will prevail.

The Copperfield subdivision consists of 9 different sections, and each section has its own distinct set of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. The Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Section 1 form the basis for the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for all of the other sections. The Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for all 8 sections after section 1 include both the original section 1 Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions as well as a supplement that defines the additions to and changes from the Section 1 document. It is the information in this supplement that makes each section slightly different.
