Copperfield Homeowner's Association---Mission Statement

The Copperfield Homeowner's Association was established to provide oversight for the development and maintenance of the properties in the subdivision in Bryan, Texas, identified as Copperfield. A Board of Directors, consisting of nine (9) individuals elected by the property owners is charged with both long-range and day to day operations that will:

Grounds Maintenance

The Board of Directors normally meets bimonthly on the 2nd Tuesday of each even numbered month. The meetings are currently held at the Carriage Inn, 4235 Booneville Road, from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. Homeowners are invited to attend these meetings, but should make arrangements first due to space considerations. Contact Richard Van Duyne for more information regarding board meetings.
