2025 Pool Party Reservation Information
Members may rent the pool for a private pool party 10:30am – 12:30pm Tuesday through Sunday & 7:00pm – 9:00pm Monday through Thursday. There is a $45 rental reservation fee that must be paid at the time of your reservation. Copperfield HOA Pool Party Rules / Guidelines
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Copperfield Homeowners Association assumes
NO LIABILITY for accidents or injuries.
Eligibility & Guests
1. Pool parties are available to Copperfield residents with an active pool membership.
2. Maximum of 50 total guests per party (including members and non-members).
Reservations & Payment
3. Pool parties are $45 per event.
4. Payment is due at least 5 business days before your event.
5. You can pay online by electronic ACH, debit, or credit card by clicking HERE or the “pay online” link at the top of this page. Payments are processed through a payment processor called Zego (Paylease); this is the same processor/account you use when paying your HOA assessments online. You will have to manually type in the reservation amount you are paying ($45), it will not prefill the amount. You can also pay via check or cash in our office (located at 1701 Southwest Pkwy Ste 209, College Station, TX 77840).
General Pool Rules (Apply During Parties)
6. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
7. All guests must be accompanied by a resident adult (18+).
8. Non-swimmers or those without average swimming ability may not enter the pool alone.
9. No diving.
10. No alcohol or swimmers under the influence.
11. No smoking or tobacco products.
12. No glass containers.
13. No pets in the pool area.
14. Pool gate must remain closed and locked at all times. Do not prop it open.
Decorations & Items
15. Decorations must stay on tables or fence only and be removed after the party.
16. No balloons inside the pool area (they may be tied to the fence).
17. Small toys, food, and drinks must stay at the tables.
18. Only pool-safe items (floats, rings, balls, etc.) are allowed in the water.
19. No objects smaller than a tennis ball in the pool.
20. No grilling inside the pool area.
Clean-Up Responsibilities
21. Keep bathrooms clean.
22. Clean up trash and return chairs/furniture to original position.
23. Do not overfill trash cans.
24. Guests must leave promptly at the end of the reserved time.
