You can purchase a pool membership for $90 by paying online through your owner portal, in person at Association Services BCS office, or at the Copperfield annual meeting. Pool Use Agreements must be renewed each year. You will be sent a pool use agreement to sign once your payment is received. You must sign an agreement for your key FOB to be active. 

1 FOB is included in your membership. Replacement FOBs for lost or damaged FOBs are $50.00. FOBs will be available for pick-up M-F 9am-5pm  at Association Services BCS office located at 1701 Southwest Pkwy Ste 209, College Station, Tx 77840.  Please contact the office at 979-822-4443 or by email help@associationservicesbcs.com if your FOB is not working or to schedule a FOB pick-up.

Members may rent the pool for a private pool party 10:30am – 12:30pm Tuesday through Sunday & 7:00pm – 9:00pm Sunday through Thursday.   You can find more information about pool parties by clicking HERE.

The Pool Committee has the right to revoke a pool membership at any point during the pool season, and to revoke future membership. Pool memberships may be revoked due to: violations of the HOA’s governing documents, including delinquent assessments, violations of pool rules, acts of vandalism, mischief, unsafe acts, inappropriate behavior, or any other reason the Pool Committee deems necessary for the safety of its members and the pool property.
